The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address, your organisation, and a short description of the decision you face.
How we use it
We use these details only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
Who can see it
Enquiries arrive in our mailbox at enquiries@aureumvita.co.uk, where we read them. Cloudflare runs this website and delivers each enquiry to that mailbox, and hosts.co.uk hosts the mailbox. Before delivery, the website sends your IP address to Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person sent the form.
How long we keep it
The website does not store your enquiry. Cloudflare delivers it straight to our mailbox, and we keep it there as a record of our correspondence.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The security check on the contact page comes from Cloudflare Turnstile, which stores a value in your browser to run the check.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You can also ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it.
